SailPoint Machine Identity Security (MIS) Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint MIS across cloud and on-prem environments.
Deploy automated discovery to identify service accounts, machine credentials, and unmanaged non-human identities.
Establish ownership, lifecycle management, and accountability for machine identities.
Implement access governance, certification, and compliance controls in line with security and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IAM, PAM, security, cloud, and application teams to align identity controls and standards.
Produce technical documentation, operating procedures, and best-practice guidance.
Required Experience
5+ years' experience delivering IAM/IGA solutions, with strong SailPoint ISC expertise.
Hands-on experience implementing SailPoint MIS or similar machine identity governance solutions.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, Azure, APIs, and secrets management platforms such as CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience working in complex enterprise environments.
SailPoint ISC Engineer or Architect certification.
Experience across PAM, cloud security, or cybersecurity programmes.
Previous delivery experience within financial services or banking environments.
