Role Overview

The Tooling Lead will implement and manage planning and reporting tools to provide full traceability and real-time insight into programme delivery.

Initial Focus (First 3 Months)

  • Define tooling strategy for planning, RAID, and reporting
  • Implement core tools and dashboards for delivery visibility
  • Establish data structures and integrations across sources
  • Ensure baseline reporting accuracy and traceability
  • Identify and resolve early data quality issues
