🎯 What You’ll Work On
- Assist in onboarding filmmakers, studios, and production managers to the Storyvord platform.
- Maintain active communication with users to ensure they maximize the value of our AI tools.
- Gather, organize, and report client feedback to the product and engineering teams.
- Identify user pain points and help develop resources, guides, and solutions to address them.
- Support the growth team in nurturing relationships within the European film community.
