Key Responsibilities

  • Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies

  • Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Configuration, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
  • Advise on migration strategies that ensure harmonious coexistence with existing systems
  • Forge strong alliances with third-party agencies for collaboration
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption
  • Deliver impactful presentations that charm senior stakeholders
  • Uphold and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of the Martech realm
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement sessions as well as scoping and solution workshops
  • Skilled in translating business requirements and crafting and delivering client-tailored system solutions
  • Proven success in steering client interactions and implementations with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised, with experience managing detailed project documentation, RAID logs, or configuration checklists without missing dependencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools e.g. monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid etc
  • Meticulous attention ensures nothing slips through the cracks
  • Influence decisions at every level
  • Balance juggling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting every deadline
