Role Summary

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director to sell into the world’s leading Automotive brands primarily in the UK, Germany and the US.

You’ll be targeting the key brands that we don’t yet work with, and also driving a cross‑sell strategy to expand our usage from existing logos to new markets and to central HQ deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business in the Automotive sector.
  • Understand the needs and business challenges of potential clients, presenting Story Stream as a transformative solution.
  • Navigate through complex sales cycles and negotiate agreements that offer value to both Story Stream and our clients.
  • Be comfortable generating own pipeline of ICP prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, product management, and account management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Be the voice of the customer—sharing insights that shape product direction and commercial strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B Saa S sales in the mar Tech space. Ideally with significant exposure to the Automotive sector and brands.
  • Experience working in an earlier stage ‘challenger’ Saa S company where you can show how you have sold a new product into a sector and you have beaten incumbents.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social commerce, and e Commerce landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for breaking new ground and winning market share from incumbents.
  • Passionate and high energy individual who can engage and sell at the highest level and work through an organisation to build trust.
