- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.

What your day-to-day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
- Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
- Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
- Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
- Build strong relationships.
