About the Team

Dow Jones is a high-growth global provider of news and business information, delivering critical content and solutions to a wide range of customers including financial institutions, corporations, and government agencies.

Collaboration is at the core of this position.

You will partner directly with senior EMEA leaders and the wider sales team.

By identifying untapped market segments and re‑engineering processes that accelerate global sales, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our London‑based SDR team as a high‑output revenue engine.

About the Role

Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in order to grow the Dow Jones Professional Information Business throughout EMEA.

  • You Will
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor Sales Development Representatives responsible for lead generation, identification of new sales opportunities and securing meetings via, but not limited to, phone, email, networking and social media.
  • Document and maintain results.
  • Perform analysis of outreach in order to understand success rates that will steer team to optimize outreach results.
  • Work across sales leadership to build and execute on strategic growth plan.
  • Work closely with our Vice President of Sales to fuel collaboration around key insights and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standard methodologies.
  • Develop scalable sales systems and processes that drive predictive revenue growth.
  • Develop specific and targeted sales goals, and implement tactics to accelerate growth.
  • Manage, and optimize KPIs.
  • Proactively support your sales team in achieving sales initiatives through efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize results.
  • Make KPI and data-driven recommendations to senior executives.
  • You Have
  • 5+ years experience in sales leadership and/or sales development leadership.

• Startup and SMB Saa S experience a plus!

  • High proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proven track record of success utilizing data-driven results - you should know your results and be able to explain what is working and what is not working, as well as to be able to identify market opportunities for the Dow Jones Professional Information Business.
  • Validated experience in building and scaling a sales team through all phases of targeting & meeting attainment.
  • A passion for creating and implementing scalable processes.
  • A passion for making an impact and supporting your team’s professional and personal growth.
  • A quick learner, self‑starter, ability to work independently, and an eagerness to handle the pressures of increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, 'do whatever it takes to win' atmosphere.
  • Ability to collaborate well in a matrixed environment.
