We’re a small team designing graphics to supplement the analysis of the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief. The topics we deal with are complicated and nuanced; our work supports and complements our in-depth analysis, or enables understanding in ways that words alone cannot do. We work in a fast‑paced, newsroom style environment, aiming to deliver graphics that tell a story with data, whether supplementing in-depth coverage or creating infographics to lead our analysis. Alongside this, we create data graphics for the Global Risk Insights team, and produce social media assets and edit videos for marketing outreach.
Responsibilities
- Produce visuals for the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief
- Assist with and design weekly infographics with members of the Analysis team
- Support Advisory projects and reports by creating charts, maps and diagrams for consultancy work
- Design long‑form reports and publications, managing the process from initial development stages to print and post‑print
- Support Oxford Analytica presence at events with production of supplementary materials
- Produce materials to advertise Daily Brief benefits and features, through conceptualising and designing
- Assist with material for regular conference calls and digital marketing material
- Support the Daily Brief team’s social media activity by creating graphics
- Assist with simple video production for social media to boost the profile of the Daily Brief team
- Provide graphics and design support for general use across the company as needed
- Create Enhanced Briefing Books to support company involvement in third‑party events
- Contribute ideas and improvements to the design and image of the Oxford Analytica brand
Qualifications
- Experience using graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Familiarity with video editing and social media platforms such as Canva and Adobe Express is a bonus
- Interest in data visualisation and infographics
- Background of working in a B2B environment
