The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level support to the SVP Risk Sales & Marketing, the SVP Risk & Compliance, and the SVP & GM of Geopolitical Risk. The EA reports to the Lead EA and takes the lead in delivering proactive, fast‑paced support for the three SVPs in an open‑plan environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Diary & Meeting Management – Act as an enabler for each SVP, anticipating needs before they are articulated and ensuring the leadership team operates at peak efficiency. Constantly monitor each diary to eliminate conflicts and manage complex, multi‑timezone schedules. Build in buffer zones for travel, reading, and thinking; schedule pre‑meetings, prepare presentations and internal briefings; monitor and pull actionable items from inboxes and hold status updates, actions and “to do” reminders.
  • Execution & Continuity – Execute all requests instantly, especially diary availability for senior stakeholders, and allocate meeting rooms at invitation time.
  • Communication Support – Work with the SVPs’ direct reports, internal teams and external contacts. Draft emails with a professional yet friendly tone and phrase sensitive communications with confidence.
  • Weekly Coordination – Meet weekly with each SVP to cover schedule, workload, reminders and future travel; meet weekly with the Lead EA to confirm deadlines and priorities. Use Google Chat for real‑time priority shifts and provide a weekly round‑up confirming travel, logistics and diary updates.
  • Travel & Expense Management – Plan end‑to‑end travel itineraries, including visas, flights, trains, cars and accommodation. Anticipate disruptions, manage expense processing via Concur with meticulous accuracy, and ensure all spend aligns with company policy.
  • General Business Support – Cover the Lead EA during absences; assist with yearly off‑site sales events; maintain accurate and up‑to‑date organ charts and distribution lists; handle sensitive and confidential information with a “C‑Suite” standard of output.

  • 5+ years supporting C‑Level executives in a global, fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple high‑profile diaries across several international timezones.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Slides) and Concur.
  • Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond instantly to requests, bring solutions, and maintain 100% discretion.

Location Based at the London Bridge office, minimum three days per week, in coordination with the Lead EA.
