About the Role: As the Account Manager, EMEA for Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly (Global Risk Insights) you will be tasked with executing revenue growth in the EMEA region for your existing client book with Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly clients predominantly. You will be directly responsible for owning the renewal success of your accounts. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving increased revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You will work closely with the Head of Account Management GRI, to implement effective client retention and revenue growth strategies. Your role requires effective collaboration with Client Success teams and Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business allocated by Head of Account Management GRI within your geographical territory securing renewals and upsell.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, pain points, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Execute comprehensive account strategies for each account under your portfolio within your geographical territory to maximize gross retention and net retention, in line with overall growth objective.
- Actively prospect your accounts to find new buying centers for GRI products and upsell into existing points of contact.
- Work with Dow Jones Account Managers to facilitate cross-sell.
- Ensure the timely renewal of your book of business, implementing strategies to grow and retain existing contracts.
- Work closely with Client Engagement Specialists to ensure client retention.
- Attend industry conferences and events as required.
- Account planning to identify whitespace within your book of business.
- Collate client feedback and requirements for product/editorial teams and act as voice of customer during product development.
- Maintain accurate records in company's CRM relating to renewals and upsell.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, a related field, or relevant professional experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of account management experience, ideally within the geopolitical & market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry and market trends.
