Storyblok is seeking a highly skilled Senior PR & Comms Specialist who excels at media relations and storytelling. You will be responsible for building relationships with and pitching stories to UK/European journalists, creators, podcasters, and influencers who cover how content is changing in the AI-driven content era and how brands can adapt and succeed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Create and identify newsworthy stories that position Storyblok as a thought leader in the content and CMS spaces.
  • Write and edit press releases, pitches, and thought leadership articles tailored towards our audience of developers, marketers, and executives.
  • Secure impactful press coverage by UK/European journalists, creators, podcasters, and influencers.
  • Support our storytelling worldwide by securing impactful press coverage in other countries, as needed.
  • Enable the team to get the most value out of press coverage in sales conversations and marketing campaigns.
  • Support our social media channels by crafting engaging content.
  • Represent Storyblok by participating in relevant online communities.
  • Report on the results and impact of PR & Comms activities on a variety of metrics, including AI search visibility.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working on PR and media relations for technical B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of pitching and securing top-tier press coverage in business/technology/trade press, broadcast media, and podcasts in the US and beyond.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience writing engaging press releases, thought leadership articles, and social media posts.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of the technology industry combined with the ability to communicate about it as an expert to developer, marketer, and executive audiences.
  • Understanding of the CMS market and familiarity with the concepts and platforms is a big advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and an excellent collaborator.
