In this role, you will engage directly with customers at every stage of their journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Collaborating with the Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams, you will develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise LTV. You will establish efficient processes, optimise client engagement, and exceed customer expectations. Acting as an advocate for our customers, you will ensure their feedback and evolving needs are effectively communicated across the company. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS You will provide a high-quality customer experience by ensuring that customer enquiries are answered efficiently and professionally. You will work with technical and product teams to communicate and resolve any technical and product issues experienced by the users. You will engage with customers to answer queries about using the platform. You will relay customer feedback to the relevant company departments and employees to ensure that any necessary product improvements and features are identified. You will support the wider Customer Success Team with operational and administrative tasks. You will own and facilitate CS specific Projects. You will manage a portfolio of customers and manage all commercial activities associated with them, with a focus on growth in each account.
