We deliver farm-fresh goods straight to customers’ doors - sustainably, locally, and with purpose. We partner with independent British suppliers to make ethical choices easy for everyone.
What you'll do:
- Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
- Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce
- Support our mission and help reach key growth goals
- Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
What we're looking for:
- Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
- Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather
- No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you
- Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
