We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across international markets, partner strategic clients and leverage existing networks to drive your portfolio growth. This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who are driven by autonomy, high earning potential and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a rapidly growing business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving outbound sales across target markets
  • Winning new business through your network and strategic prospecting that generates your success
  • Managing the full sales cycle from origination to close
  • Building relationships with founders, CFOs and other key decision makers within international businesses
  • Developing partnerships with legal, corporate and other professional service firms
  • Maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Working closely with Client Management and Revenue leadership to grow long-term client value
  • Developing and executing on strategies to drive company revenue

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions
  • Strong outbound B2B sales track record
  • Experience with international payments, FX and ideally virtual IBANs
  • Existing professional network and relationship-led sales approach
  • Strong commercial judgement and consultative sales skills
  • Experience in sectors such as wholesale, e-commerce, logistics or professional services preferred
  • Fluent English plus another European language is a strong advantage
