A brief overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong technical expertise to work across our financial and insurance product offerings. You’ll play a key role in driving the success and evolution of our regulated products, diving into the technical complexities and ensuring they deliver real value for our members & customers while always meeting regulatory standards.
We need someone who can balance technical depth with product sense—someone comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the organisation and skilled at translating feedback into high-quality, impactful solutions.
At the forefront of our efforts, you’ll help shape products that truly make a difference—products that directly influence our members’ and customers’ experience and contribute to our business’s broader success.
What you will do:
In this role, you’ll work across our pay and protect propositions, as well as delivering any internal tooling needed to facilitate these verticals, truly driving the evolution of our offerings.
- Take ownership of product strategy for Onsi Pay & Onsi Protect, shaping their direction and growth.
- Conduct research, user feedback sessions, and interviews to deeply understand member & customer needs.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and build business cases.
- Develop personas, write user stories, and collaborate on wireframes to guide product design and development.
- Lead planning sessions, manage sprints, and facilitate retrospectives for smooth workflows.
- Work hands-on to design, build, and ship products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Head of Financial Products, as well as Engineering, Design, Compliance, and other teams to ensure seamless deliver

You will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with a demonstrable track record in managing full product lifecycle and leading impactful initiatives.
- Experience in high-growth tech environments, preferably in fintech or insurtech, where you’ve tackled complex, fast-evolving challenges.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to solve customer problems and drive business value while balancing technical and user needs.
- Technical acumen, with a deep understanding of product development and technical concepts including APIs, and ensuring products are both feasible and aligned with development capabilities.
- Data-driven, with the ability to generate actionable insights that align product goals with broader business outcomes.
- Experience with payment systems and compliance, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations is a big plus!
