About the role:

We’re looking for a highly driven product individual to break the norms of traditional insurance and credit products with a world class solution. As we mature our services and onboard new clients, launch new offerings and evolve as an organisation, we need to continually push the boundaries of using technology to drive better outcomes. This includes delivering unmatched client insights, enabling efficient growth and unlocking new markets.

As a senior product manager, you will have key responsibilities in shaping and executing our product strategies alongside the company leadership while partnering with our engineering team to deliver excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritise product roadmap based on business strategy, customer needs and market insights.
  • Manage the product development process from concept to launch
  • Work hand in hand with the CPO and CTO to balance execution speed, build quality and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to bring products to market
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and measure key product success metrics
  • Develop and communicate the value proposition for products to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with COO, CUO and CCO to align on prioritisation of key initiatives and report on delivery progress and impact

You might be a good fit if:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A background in the insurtech, fintech or B2B SAAS industries is desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product vision to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of launching successful products, driving customer adoption and generating revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with engineers and designers to bring products to market
