Key responsibilities
- Ownership: Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team’s products and features from inception to production
- Technical leadership: Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc.
- Design leadership: Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences
- Stakeholder engagement: Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders
- Customer advocacy: Being a customer champion who understands end-user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with a high-growth fintech company in banking/finance-related business areas
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding client-facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication
- Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products
- Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them
- Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
