Syntasso is seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader to partner with the COO in scaling the Customer Success organisation. You will shape customer engagement, value delivery, and connect Sales, Product, and Engineering through a consistent customer-success framework.
You will facilitate remote workshops, guide PoV engagements, and scale the CS function with lean runbooks and repeatable processes, while mentoring delivery teams and aligning stakeholder priorities.
