About the Role
We’rehiringaseniordemandgenerationleadertotakefullownershipofthefunction,fromshapingclientstrategythroughtomakingsuretheworkgetsdeliveredandcreatesmeasurablecommercialvalue.
Thisisabroadroleratherthananarrowperformancemarketingposition.You’llworkacrossproposition,channels,CRM,automation,lifecycle,leadmanagement,saleshandoverandmeasurement,whilealsoleadingseniorclientconversationsandbringingmorestructuretohowworkisprioritisedanddelivered.
TherolewillsuitsomeonewithstrongB2Bdemandgenerationexperience,ideallygainedacrossbothagencyandin-houseenvironments.You’llneedtobecomfortablemovingbetweenstrategyandexecution,challengingbriefswhenneeded,makingdecisionswithincompleteinformationandkeepingmultipleclientwork streamsmoving.
Youwon’tbeexpectedtobuildalargepermanentteamfromdayone.Instead,you’lluseamixofinternalcapability,AI,freelancersandspecialistpartners,addingpermanenthireswherethereisaclearcommercialcase.

Inthefirstfewmonths,thefocuswillbeongettingcontrolofdelivery,givingclientsclearseniorownershipandcreatingamorereliableoperatingmodel.Longerterm,thegoalistobuildastrongerproposition,winmoredemandgenerationworkandcreateaclearerlinkbetweenmarketingactivityandrevenue.
Thehiringprocessincludesaninitialconversation,anin-personinterviewwithseniorleadershipandapracticaltaskbasedonarealisticdemandgenerationbrief.
