About the Role

Your core mission is to help make Housr a household name among university students UK-wide.
You’ll work closely with our national team of Housr Brand Ambassadors and partnering societies to drive brand awareness and adoption of Housr on campus, in group chats, and through events and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and management of BAs across our university cities
- Bring in new society partners, from first outreach through to signing and onboarding
- Attend events and ensure reps are representing the brand well and hitting their KPIs
- Maintain a clear view of how each city is performing, on both the rep side and the society side
About You
- Experience leading a team and building relationships.
- Organised with a can-do attitude. No problem is without a solution.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and adapt plans based on what’s working and what isn’t
- Happy to travel UK-wide as required (a UK driving licence is required)
- Good to have but not required: you've been a society president, senior committee member, student rep or brand ambassador yourself.
