About the Role as a Warehouse Manager!
- Operational Management
- Oversee all hub operations including receiving, sorting, dispatching, and delivery of goods ensuring OTIFIQ and route productivity targets are consistently met.
- Manage driver rotas, coverage, and shift handovers.
- Conduct regular route reviews and driver assessments to reduce errors and improve delivery performance.
- Lead vehicle and equipment checks, escalating issues and ensuring maintenance standards are upheld.
- Support the Fleet Team by coordinating the movement of vehicles to and from garages for maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Act as point of escalation for delivery issues and ensure prompt resolution collaborating with the wider team to maintain high levels of customer experience.
- People Leadership
- Lead and coach drivers and hub staff to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and safety on the road.
- Build and maintain a positive, inclusive culture focused on quality, performance and support.
- Work collaboratively with regional ops and fulfilment support teams to share insights and drive improvements.
- Compliance, Safety & Reporting
- Ensure all compliance activities are completed daily - vehicle checks, health & safety, and food handling standards.
- Lead incident reporting and investigations, escalating risks that may impact operational continuity.
- Support and deliver driver training and onboarding, focusing on OTIFIQ delivery standards and safe driving.
- Maintain clear records for audits and drive a high standard of operational discipline.

About You
- Experience in logistics, depot or delivery operations, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
- Strong understanding of driver operations, vehicle checks, safety and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams, with a hands-on leadership style.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with confidence in using systems to track stock, compliance and performance.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach - able to spot risks early and take action.
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts and leading operations live in the moment.
- A people-first mindset - focused on building a strong team culture while hitting performance targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Valid driver's license.

Hours: 18:00 - 02:00
