Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to define and scale Raylo’s global collections and recoveries strategy across products, verticals and markets. You’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to champion data-informed decisions that materially improve performance, balancing customer outcomes with strong unit economics as Raylo continues to grow. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, product, finance and engineering, as well as external partners, to turn insight into action and deliver meaningful, measurable change. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, confidently navigating competing priorities and stakeholders to design strategies that are robust, scalable and aligned with Raylo’s broader objectives. Your work will play a direct role in enabling Raylo’s sustainable, circular approach to consumer electronics, ensuring that growth is responsible, efficient and built to last.
You’ll Succeed With:
- A proven track record with 5+ years of experience in analytics or data-focussed collections and recovery strategy roles.
- A 2:1 or higher from a top university, preferably in a STEM or quantitative discipline.
- Using your technical skills (SQL, Python) to get into the details of our collections and recovery strategies, leveraging internal and external datasets to deliver actionable insight into critical business functions.
- The ability to also step back from the detail of the data and think strategically while delivering as part of a larger team.
- Collaborating in a fast-paced environment across the business with diverse skill sets and personality types.
- Great stakeholder management skills and love using your analytical skills to champion data-driven decision-making and educate others.
- Taking responsibility and ownership for the work in the entire area - if you’re not getting it done, then no one is.
