Legal expertise
- You will be a recognised expert in your field, typically with a minimum of 8 years' post‐qualification experience. Partners come from leading City, national and international firms, senior in‐house roles, and established boutique or independent practices.
Entrepreneurial mindset
- You will have the ambition and growth mindset to run your own practice. This may be as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.
Client‐centric
- You will have an established or developing client following and a commitment to building long‐term client relationships and growing your practice.

- You value working alongside like‐minded colleagues, sharing opportunities and contributing to a supportive international community.
Essential requirements
- An active practising certificate/ licence to practice law with no restrictions
