We’re a digitally-led luxury fashion business focused on delivering a premium, seamless shopping experience for a global customer base. Our platform brings together a broad and evolving product offering, combining established names with emerging design talent across multiple categories. Over recent years, the business has built a strong foundation and continues to see steady growth, supported by ongoing investment and a clear long-term vision. We’re now focused on strengthening brand presence, deepening customer engagement and continuing to elevate the overall experience across all touchpoints. This is an opportunity to join a business that’s investing in its next phase of growth, with a clear focus on building a brand that resonates with a modern, globally-minded luxury audience.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone deeply embedded in the luxury space. Someone who understands the customer, knows the right rooms to be in, and can build meaningful relationships that translate into long-term brand value. You’ll act as an on-the-ground brand representative across key international markets, building a high-touch community of customers, tastemakers and partners. You’ll host, connect, curate and create experiences that elevate the brand and bring it closer to its audience. There’s a high level of autonomy in this role. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, but you’ll also be trusted to lead initiatives, build partnerships and make things happen locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Programmes: Build and nurture relationships with influencers to drive community engagement and revenue growth.
- Events & Experiences: Conceptualise and host curated events, private experiences and brand moments. Own execution end-to-end, from concept through to delivery. Curate guest lists that reflect the right mix of influence, taste and commercial value.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and activate brand partnerships that drive awareness and revenue. Lead collaborations from initial outreach through to execution. Ensure everything feels aligned to a premium, design-led brand.
- Community Operations: Manage influencer relationships, gifting and partnerships. Track performance across engagement, reach and commercial impact. Work closely with content and social teams to amplify output.
- Market Insight: Stay close to cultural and industry trends across key regions. Surface insights on emerging designers, tastemakers and opportunities. Share feedback on customer sentiment and competitor activity. Develop tailored, high-touch communication that keeps your network engaged and close to the brand. Act as the connector between the community and internal teams, feeding back insight and opportunities.
About You
Experience across marketing, PR, partnerships or community within fashion or luxury (ideally 3+ years). Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how community drives growth. Well-connected within luxury, fashion or cultural circles, ideally across international markets. Strong instinct for brand, taste and what resonates with a premium audience. Confident hosting, networking and building relationships in person. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects end-to-end. Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
