  • Legal expertise: You will be a recognised expert in your field, typically with a minimum of 8 years’ post‑qualification experience. Partners come from leading City, national and international firms, senior in‑house roles, and established boutique or independent practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You will have the ambition and growth mindset to run your own practice. This may be as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.
  • Client‑centric: You will have an established or developing client following and a commitment to building long‑term client relationships and growing your practice.
  • Collaborative approach: You value working alongside like‑minded colleagues, sharing opportunities and contributing to a supportive international community.

Essential requirements

  • An active practising certificate/ licence to practice law with no restrictions
