As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Lead to lead the charge in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture at StackOne. This role will be critical in evolving our people operations, optimising employee experience, and driving our HR strategy to align with the fast-paced growth of the company.
About the Role
As HR Lead, you will oversee all aspects of HR and people operations, with a focus on fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, ensure operational excellence, and support our hybrid work environment. Your role will involve overseeing employee well-being, performance management, compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives. You’ll also play an essential role in developing and scaling HR processes that ensure a seamless employee experience at every stage, from onboarding to career growth. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of HR at StackOne and ensure we build an organisation that supports and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Employee Experience: Develop and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that reflects StackOne's values. Ensure employees feel valued, supported, and engaged, with a particular focus on a hybrid working model.
- HR Operations & Strategy: Lead all aspects of HR operations, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Design scalable HR processes and workflows that align with our growth.
- Employee Engagement & Well-being: Implement strategies to enhance employee well-being and engagement, ensuring that employees feel connected, motivated, and cared for throughout their journey at StackOne.
- Hybrid Work Strategy: Oversee and optimise the hybrid work environment, ensuring that employees have the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive, whether in the office or remotely.
- People Development & Retention: Design and implement programs to support employee development, growth, and retention. Focus on career progression, learning opportunities, and creating a pathway for employees to succeed.
- Data-Driven HR Decisions: Use people analytics to guide HR strategy and decisions. Regularly assess and optimise HR processes to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
About You
- Proven Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-growing tech or startup environment, and a strong understanding of people operations, employee experience, and HR strategy.
