Story Terrace is looking for a hands-on Executive Assistant, working directly with the founder of the company.
The role
You'll be the person who keeps our CEO's day running: inbox management and meeting support, as well as dozens of general business admin and operations tasks as projects come up.

What you'll do
- Calendar management; booking or rescheduling meetings including protecting focus time.
- Inbox management and correspondence; screening and sometimes drafting on the CEO’s behalf.
- Meeting support; agendas, briefing, minutes/action tracking, follow-up.
- Expense management and basic financial admin.
- Document production; reports, analysis, presentations, templates.
- Take on more responsibility and larger projects as you learn and grow your strengths; including CEO sales support and recruitment support.
About You
- Prior experience as EA or ops-support roles.
- You can be trusted with confidential information and use good judgement about what to share and with whom.
- Comfortable managing several competing priorities in a day without dropping any of them; calm under pressure and during last-minute changes.
- Strong communication skills; a lot of this job is emails, messages and calls on someone else's behalf.
- Tech savvy - we use Google Workspace, Slack, Claude and a few others.
- You take feedback and visibly act on it fast.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
- Annual base salary 25,000-27,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid role with at least 2 office days per week (Aldgate, London)
- 25 vacation days + 8 bank holidays
