Economic incentives, environmental pressures, and regulatory shifts are driving a global move toward the circular economy. Consumers and businesses are moving away from rigid ownership models in favour of more flexible, affordable access. Raylo is the subscription infrastructure for the world's leading electronics brands, powering the circular economy by making devices more accessible, affordable, and flexible for consumers and businesses.

We enable the world’s leading electronics brands to shift from single-use to circular, customer‑centric business models. We’re at £70m ARR, profitable, growing fast, with 200,000+ active subscriptions across consumers and small businesses. Customers trust us too, with a 4.5/5 Trustpilot rating from more than 20,000 reviews.

Raylo's Supply Operations function owns inventory, operational sourcing and logistics. Your job is to ensure we have the right inventory at the right time, with the right partner, and that every device moves seamlessly from our partners to our customers and back again into recommerce. You won't run warehouses. You'll orchestrate the network: TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, Westcoast, THG Ingenuity and Jigsaw24 in the UK today, with a US network coming online later this year. Volume is scaling ~60% year-on-year, and your work is what makes super-fast delivery possible at that pace.

What You'll Do:

  • Own inventory management across the 3PL partner network, keeping it aligned to customer demand as the business scales ~60% YoY.
  • Orchestrate order fulfilment end-to-end, from supplier through distribution to customer, and back again through reverse logistics to recommerce partners.
  • Manage operational sourcing and buying-to-plan across our supplier network, ensuring stock levels align with the demand forecast.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and partner integrations across the 3PL network, including active renegotiations, partner transitions, and onboarding new capacity.
  • Support the design and build of the network capacity plan through to year-end 2027.
  • Build and develop the supply operations team, starting with your initial direct reports (Buyer, Supply Planner) while hiring and onboarding new managers as we scale.
  • Present monthly to the CEO and SLT on supply operations performance, and work directly with Finance on the divisional budget and cost per unit performance.

You'll Succeed With:

  • Degree-level education.
  • 8-12 years of operational or commercial leadership at Senior Manager / Director level, ideally within an asset-light 3PL orchestration model.
  • Track record in asset-light e-commerce, consumer tech, device management, or MVNO fulfilment; circular economy or subscription experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfort in ambiguous, high-growth environments and imposing process where none exists.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems, Order Management Systems, and Last Mile Orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle and vendor management tools, plus data visualisation and BI tools for performance and cost-per-device modelling.
  • AI fluency: already using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Whisper or Granola to move faster and think sharper.

Ways of Working:

  • Commercial grit and a bias to influence and close, both operationally and commercially, with your 3PL partners.
  • Executive‑level communication - can hold your own with the CEO, SLT and Board.
  • Cross‑functional stakeholder management across Finance, Product, CX and Commercial.
  • Comfort operating without a fixed playbook - the role builds the playbook.

Opportunities & Benefits:

  • Fast-track your career – 40% of our employees are promoted every review cycle (bi‑annual).
  • Exclusive Raylo device lease for employees.
  • Stock options for all employees.
  • L&D budget to support the skills you value.
  • 4 days in the Raylo Belfast Office, with 1 day working from home per week.
  • 33 days off, your way – 25 days + 8 bank holidays with full flexibility to use on the days that mean the most to you.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave, if you've been with us for 12 months.
  • Workplace nursery scheme for major cost savings.

Diversity & Inclusion at Raylo: At Raylo, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, believing they make us stronger.
