About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Presentation Specialist who will play a key role in preparing, organising and presenting data and research findings through high-quality reports. The ideal candidate will combine proficiency in technical data handling, creative layout design and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import, clean, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources, using software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Use Adobe InDesign to create professional and visually appealing layouts
  • Translate complex datasets into accessible visual formats, such as charts, infographics, and tables
  • Ensure documents are on-brand, visually consistent, and effectively convey information
  • Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and standards

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data clearly
  • Familiarity with desktop publishing software, particularly Adobe InDesign
  • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Experience with data visualisation tools is desirable but not essential
