Plentific is seeking a Tech Lead - Data Engineering to own and shape our data platform, reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will drive end-to-end data ingestion, modeling, storage, and exposure at scale, partnering with product and engineering to enable ML-powered features.
You will design durable, scalable data systems, establish ADRs, CI/CD practices, and lead a team of engineers through architecture reviews and hands-on delivery in production.
