About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Business Manager to join our growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth, strategic environment and wants to work closely with senior leadership to drive commercial performance.
You’ll act as a force multiplier to the Co-CEO and Head of Sales, prioritising, planning and executing initiatives that ensure cross-functional alignment, operational effectiveness and commercial success.
This is a high-visibility role with direct access to executive leadership and influence over key decisions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Commercial function
- Conduct research and analysis to inform leadership decisions and board-level discussions
- Prepare materials for board meetings, strategic reviews, and internal planning sessions
- Identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-backed, actionable recommendations
Revenue Operations & Enablement
- Design and document repeatable GTM processes for pitching, RFP responses, pipeline stages and post-sale hand-offs
- Manage and improve our sales tools. This includes our CRM and business dashboards. You’ll research and test AI tools that can help automate tasks like prospecting, forecasting, and creating personalised content
- Partner with Sales to improve forecasting, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Operational Cadence & Project Management
- Support day-to-day task management for the Co-CEO and Head of Sales
- Drive the operational cadence for the Commercial team including meetings, planning cycles, and offsites
- Lead time-sensitive commercial projects and special initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Investments, and Operations
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and content that support commercial goals
- Identify blockers and streamline execution across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years\’ experience in Sales Management role within commercial strategy, consulting, asset management, fintech or a related industry
- Proven project management and analytical capabilities
- Strong commercial instincts and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a highly organised and efficient manner
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and an interest in sales enablement
- High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Private markets experience is a plus
