Raylo is seeking a Collections Associate to join our Belfast-based Operations team. In this role you’ll manage UK customer accounts, resolve arrears, and set up payment arrangements with empathy and consistency.
Around 80% of your time will be customer-facing, using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and protect Raylo’s recurring revenue. You’ll work with teammates to evolve our collections operations and deliver fair outcomes.
