About the Role
As a Client Logistics Manager at Reachdesk, you’ll partner directly with our Enterprise clients to optimize how they manage warehouse inventory—ensuring merchandise arrives at events efficiently, cost-effectively, and securely. You’ll lead the development of best practices for utilizing Reachdesk’s global warehouse network, and collaborate closely with our Supply Chain team to validate impact through key operational KPIs.
Reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, you’ll also gain end-to-end exposure to the procurement process and take full ownership of logistics strategy for some of the world’s top tech companies.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and a knack for explaining complex processes in simple terms. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are solutions-driven, and are excited by the opportunity to shape logistics operations within a growing scaleup.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Advise clients on how to structure and manage their warehoused merchandise to minimize spending and maximize operational efficiency
- Oversee SKU organization based on each client’s business objectives and contractual terms
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional storage when clients exceed current allocations or expand usage
- Create and implement best practices for returning unused event merchandise to the warehouse post-event
- Collaborate with Reachdesk’s Supply Chain team to resolve event logistics issues and continuously refine internal processes
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure clients are fully prepared to ship event items from warehouses shortly after contract signing
- Collect and communicate client feedback to help evolve Reachdesk’s event logistics offering and maintain a best-in-class experience
- Review and track client event calendars to ensure timely, accurate shipping to event destinations
About You
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience through internships, coursework, or projects in logistics, supply chain, or 3rd Party Logistics environments
- Familiar with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI—whether through academic work, internships, or self-guided learning
- Highly organized with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and workstreams across internal teams and external clients
- A clear and confident communicator, capable of breaking down complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional tone in client-facing interactions
