This is a newly created role designed to own and optimise Raylo’s reverse logistics and device management operations, a crucial area for margin protection and sustainable growth. Reporting to our VP of Operations, you’ll partner across Legal, Finance, Risk Strategy, and Commercial teams to improve performance, reduce fraud, and build a scalable operational function. You’ll build new processes from scratch, lead the rollout of key integrations (like Apple Business Manager), and negotiate with external suppliers to improve performance. The impact? A data-led, commercially impactful function that plays a vital role in Raylo’s circular tech model.
You’ll Succeed With:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, technical operations, supply chain, or reverse logistics
- Education to a degree level, ideally in a STEM subject
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics (Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with external vendors or suppliers
- Experience working with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), CRM systems, and KPI design
- A strong communicator who can influence both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with high ownership and professional presence
- Passion for Raylo’s sustainability mission and a desire to make measurable impact
