We are looking for a resident Sales Executive to join our North West Sales team and work from our new development based in Preston. This role will involve progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by achieving targets according to the business plan and enhancing customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within timescales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment.
Founded in 1987 by Fred Story, our family-owned business goes to great lengths to craft houses that are not only strong in build but in character too. We are proud to challenge the conventions of mass-produced new builds and stand apart from the crowd.
The working hours are Thursday to Monday 10.30am to 5.30pm including Bank Holidays.
Realistic potential earnings of £50,000+.
