We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR and L&D team based in our Carlisle office. This role will involve supporting with operational HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management, HR metrics and maintaining employee records. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by working towards delivering the people strategy in line with our business objectives, values and culture.
We are looking for someone with HR experience in a similar role, a high level of accuracy and organisational skills. You will be required to have a full driving licence as this role will involve frequent travel to the Newcastle office and occasional travel (where necessary) to housebuilding sites across both the North East and Cumbria & SW Scotland regions.
