Job Description

Your Story

We are looking for a Designer to join our Technical team in the North East region.

We are looking for someone who will design and co-ordinate new and live developments from concept to closure stage by, delivering excellent design information to enable site start dates in line with the business plan and supporting in the delivery of high-quality homes throughout the Production and site closure stages.

We are looking for someone:

With a working knowledge of the house building industry and construction

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Who is fluent in AutoCAD and MS Office.
