We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Reception team at our Carlisle Head Office.

In this role, you will provide responsive and high-quality administrative support across Story Homes, ensuring interaction reflects our brand standards. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so delivering an exceptional customer experience is key.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and experience in providing customer service with a professional approach.
