Our Aftercare Team plays a vital role in supporting homeowners once they have moved into their new home, ensuring any queries or issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain valuable hands‑on experience while working towards a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.
You’ll receive support from experienced colleagues and develop the skills needed for a successful career in business administration and customer service.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to the Aftercare Team.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Log customer requests and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
- Schedule appointments for Aftercare Coordinators and Technicians.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documentation.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the team with general office administration, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Attend training sessions and work towards completing your apprenticeship qualification.
- Contribute positively to the business while delivering excellent customer service.
- What We’re Looking For
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above, including English and Mathematics.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (or a willingness to learn)
