We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in our Chorley office. This is a part time position, working 25 hours per week, preferably over 5 days, Monday – Friday. However, we offer flexibility in the working pattern to suit the needs of the candidate and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management, confidential record-keeping, and timely responses to colleague queries to deliver a high quality HR service.

Requirements / Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, who is approachable with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own.
  • Experience of HR administration is desirable but not essential.
