Part‑time (3 days per week Monday – Wednesday) in Bristol, BS8. The role will help drive our own brand and growth story.
Role
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver our content strategy, aligning it with business and brand ambitions.
- Lead our social media presence, crafting engaging, insight‑led posts that cut through the noise.
- Manage award entries that celebrate our people, our campaigns and our clients’ success stories.
- Oversee our website, from content to performance, keeping it fresh, optimised and reflective of who we are.
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to align marketing with new business goals and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive thought leadership and profile‑raising activity.
- Track, measure and report on marketing performance, learning, adapting and optimising as you go.
About you
You’re a confident and creative marketing professional with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.
Experienced within PR, communications or the wider creative industries, you understand how to make brands stand out in a crowded market.
You’re fluent in content strategy, social media and digital marketing, with a natural flair for writing and storytelling.
Highly organised and adaptable, you balance independence with collaboration, thriving in a fast‑paced, ideas‑led environment.
