With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join us.
We welcome applications from candidates based in other areas; however, please note that the role will require you to work predominantly from our head office in Carlisle.
The Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of competitive tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in winning new business across a range of industry sectors and ensuring smooth communication of successful tenders to the delivery team. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the tendering process. This role will also involve mentoring junior Estimators and supporting business growth through effective estimation practices.
