The Role:
Based from our Chorley office, this People Co-ordinator role will support our People Partners in the North West and South and Central divisions by providing pragmatic HR advice, supporting the entire recruitment process and building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Absence management
- Supporting line managers with HR related and systems queries
- General HR administration and projects
- Liaising with and supporting L&D, payroll and occupational health teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an HR administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- IT skills
- Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
- Positive and flexible, ‘can-do’ approach
- Ability to maintain process, professionalism and confidentiality
