Due to growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Estimating Manager in our Story England division to be based in our Tamworth Office. As an experienced Estimating Manager and reporting to our Pre-Construction Director, your duties will include:
- Successfully lead the estimate production for the division
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the tender process
- Lead and promote a client focused culture throughout the estimating function
- Lead, manage and develop the estimators to deliver winning tenders
Self-motivated, practical and commercially aware, you will be used to working under pressure and to strict deadlines. Knowledge of the rail industry would be beneficial but not essential. In possessing good communication skills, you will interact with people at all levels within the organisation and your customer focus will enable you to engage with clients and build relationships.
