We have an exciting opportunity in the North West region, based in the Chorley office for a Sub Agent to join our site teams. The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sub-Agent to lead the safe and successful delivery of projects on site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Sub-Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing resources, leading site teams and supply chain partners, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the safe delivery of site works, ensuring full compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements. Produce, manage and maintain all site documentation, permits, registers and project records. Brief and manage site teams to ensure works are delivered in line with approved methodologies, specifications and project programmes. Ensure all site teams and supply chain partners have the required skills, competence and understanding of site risks before commencing work. Coordinate and manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to maintain progress and achieve programme milestones.
