We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Central team in Tamworth.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging, and supporting to identify best value solutions.

  • Experience of NEC4 Forms of Contract.
  • Experience of Cost Value Reconciliations, Cost Planning and Forecasting.
  • Experience of working within the rail industry, infrastructure, civils and frameworks.
  • Ability to develop close relationships, particularly with the key influencers for the Project.
  • Confidence to work on own initiative with good planning and preparation skills.
