Are you an experienced Site Manager? Are you customer-focused with the ability to engage and build relationships? Can you deliver exceptional results? We have an exciting opportunity in our Construction division for a Site Manager. The successful person will have previous experience in Site Management and a proven track record in successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the buildings and restructuring operations on site.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams that will involve direct Story employees as well as contractors.
  • Carry out site inspections, accurately recording details and following through with any actions.
  • Manage client relationships and team performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong site management experience in building and restructures.
  • People management skills and the ability to build excellent relationships.
  • Ability to maintain and develop excellent client relationships and demonstrate success.
  • Client relationship management experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of workload effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills across MS Office.
