We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Planner to begin their story with us based in our Doncaster Depot. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded, and proud of the work they do. As Resource Planner, you will be responsible for the planning of resource for contracts, from initial enquiry through to completion, liaising with clients and suppliers to meet requirements in line with safety and regulatory rules. Working closely with our internal teams, you will also ensure client needs are met, allocating operators to hire contracts and ensuring equipment is available to hire, as well as managing fatigue and ensuring that competencies are kept up to date. To be successful in this role you will need: Strong experience of working in Rail and Civils planning Computer literacy in MS Office suite, Outlook and Resource Planning software packages Experience of OTP operations PTS certification Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
