We are looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded, and proud of the work they do.\\n\\nAs POS Planner you will be the key point of contact for the Client’s Planning and Construction teams, ensuring the correct Plant, Resources and Plans are identified and developed to assure successful delivery outcomes, constructively challenging and supporting as required.\\nYou will ensure Lift Planning and OTP activities are completed, compliant, approved and briefed to the delivery teams as well as ensure the most appropriate type and quantity of Plant, equipment and people are ordered and utilised to deliver the project in the most efficient manner.\\n\\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\\n• Extensive experience of the rail plant industry, machines and attachments\\n• A track record of managing client relationships\\n• Plant site methodology skills and experience\\n• PTS Holder\\n• POS, CC and Lift Planner certified\\n• Analytical and pro-active problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.\\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\\n• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams\\n• Full UK driving licence\\n\\nWhy Story Plant?\\nAt Story Plant, we invest in our people.
