We have an exciting opportunity for a Piling Construction Manager to begin their Story as part of our Geotech Division. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded and proud of the work they do.

As a member of the Geotech team, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high‑quality piling and ground‑engineering works across a range of projects.
The Role
As Piling Construction Manager, you will take the lead on the delivery of piling and ground‑engineering operations from planning through to completion. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate rigs, plant and specialist labour and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will interpret technical information, work closely with designers and engineers and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Your ability to solve problems, motivate people and keep projects on track will be key to your success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in piling or ground‑engineering operations
- Strong technical knowledge of piling techniques and geotechnical principles
- CSCS Manager Card and SMSTS (TWC or Appointed Person desirable)
- PTS certification
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make confident decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt within a fast‑moving environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
