We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our team in Carlisle - there has never been a better time to join!
The Role
We have an opportunity for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our Story Contracting team based from our Head Office in Carlisle. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work within a small enthusiastic payroll team. You will ensure that payroll support is offered and queries responded to. Experience of Coins would be advantageous but full training will be given where necessary. Excellent IT and communication skills, previous office administration experience and the ability to work well in a busy environment are essential.
From checking and processing of timesheets, inputting of statutory information to payroll system, recording of all types of absences, reconciling of PAYE and pension payments, you will play a key part in keeping the payroll function running smoothly. Normal hours of work will be 24 per week.
